Die Heilpädagogische Gemeinschaft ist eine vollstationäre Wohneinrichtung mit Intensivpflege für Kinder und Jugendliche. In unserer Arbeit verbinden wir Pflege und Pädagogik miteinander, so dass die Kinder und Jugendlichen im Rahmen ihrer Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten Teilhabe erlernen und erfahren.

WIR BIETEN:

  • Einarbeitung in einem festen Bezugspflegeteam
  • Kleine Wohngruppen mit bis zu 6 Kindern
