### Ihre Aufgaben

  • individuelle Betreuung und Pflege der Reha-Patienten nach definierten Qualitätsstandards
  • Behandlung von Patienten auf Basis ärztlicher Verordnungen (z.B. Verbandswechsel, Medikamentenverabreichung etc.)
  • lückenlose Dokumentation der Behandlungen und Pflegeleistungen zur stetigen Sicherung der Ergebnisqualität

### Ihr Profil

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als staatlich anerkannte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger oder Altenpfleger (m/w/d)
  • empathisches und patientenorientiertes Auftreten als Basis für eine qualitativ hochwertige Behandlung auf Augenhöhe
  • professionelle Kommunikation und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise sowie eine hohe Teamfähigkeit
