In unseren Wohneinrichtungen begleiten wir Menschen mit einer geistigen Beeinträchtigung dabei, ihren Alltag so selbstbestimmt wie möglich zu gestalten – oft ein Leben lang.

Als Teil unseres multiprofessionellen Teams arbeitest du in einer Wohngruppe für Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung. Du begleitest unsere BewohnerInnen im Alltag, unterstützt bei der morgendlichen und abendlichen Routine, sowie bei der Tagesgestaltung. Ebenfalls bist du dabei, wenn es zu Arztterminen oder Freizeitaktivitäten geht.

## Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung von Menschen mit einer geistigen Beeinträchtigung
  • Pflegerische Tätigkeiten
  • Förderung der Selbstständigkeit der BewohnerInnen
  • Erstellung und Umsetzung individueller Hilfe- und Förderplanung, Dokumentation
  • Freizeitangebote planen und begleiten
  • Projekte innerhalb der Wohngruppe mit planen und durchführen

## Fachliche und persönliche Voraussetzungen

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Altenpfleger (m/w/d) oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d) o. ä.
  • Berufserfahrung in der stationären Wohngruppenbetreuung wünschenswert
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Freundliches und empathisches Auftreten
  • Führerschein Klasse B
