## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Du organisierst mit Herz und Verstand die individuelle Grund- und Behandlungspflege der Bewohner*innen und führst sie auch selbstständig aus.
  • Du erkennst, planst und dokumentierst den Pflegeprozess in der EDV-gestützten Pflegedokumentation.
  • Du übernimmst alle Tätigkeiten im Aufgabenbereich von Qualitätsniveau 4 gemäß neuer Personalbemessung – falls du dazu Fragen hast, informieren wir dich gerne.
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Team stellst du die Pflegequalität sicher.
  • Du hast für die Bewohner*innen und deren Angehörigen jederzeit ein offenes Ohr.

## Ihr Profil:

  • Du arbeitest gerne eigenständig, lösungsorientiert und hast viel Spaß an der Arbeit – Lachen ist bei uns erwünscht!
  • Einfühlungsvermögen und Verständnis für unsere Bewohner*Innen, deren Angehörige sowie deinen Kolleg*innen ist für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Du bist offen und die Zusammenarbeit im Team ist dir wichtig.
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Altenpfleger*in und/oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in.
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit dem Strukturmodell – ansonsten bringen wir es dir bei!
  • Du kennst dich mit dem PC aus.
  • Du bist bei uns mit und ohne Berufserfahrung willkommen und hast den Wunsch, dich fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln.
