Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der ganzheitlichen ambulanten Pflege unserer Klient*innen
  • Erstellung und Umsetzung individueller Pflegepläne
  • Fachgerechte Medikamentengabe, Wundversorgung und Behandlungspflege
  • Kommunikation mit Ärzt*innen, Angehörigen und anderen Berufsgruppen
  • Pflege- und Touren-Dokumentation nach aktuellen Standards
  • Anleitung und Unterstützung von Hilfskräften
