Deine Aufgaben:

  • Fachgerechte pflegerische Versorgung unserer Klienten im häuslichen Umfeld
  • Durchführung behandlungspflegerischer Maßnahmen
  • Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen Pflege
  • Pflegedokumentation
  • Ansprechpartner/in für Klienten und Angehörige
  • Mitarbeit in einem wertschätzenden und kollegialen Team

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Empathie, Teamgeist und Freude an der Pflege
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
