Für unsere Kunden suchen wir Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d).

  • Profil:
  • Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege stationär
  • aktive Mitwirkung bei der Organisation im Pflegebereich
  • Sicherung und Förderung der psychosozialen Betreuung der Bewohner
  • Regelmäßige Führung und Kontrolle der Pflegedokumentation
  • Vorausgesetzte Kenntnisse / Fähigkeiten:
  • abgeschlossene staatlich anerkannte Ausbildung in der Alten- und Krankenpflege (m/w/d) alternativ Pflegefachmann/frau, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Demenzerkrankung wünschenswert

Sicheres und ausgeglichenes Auftreten, Initiative, Teamfähigkeit, gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
