Für unsere Einrichtung ASB Altenpflegeheim in Steinberg OT Wernesgrün suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin eine \*\*Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d),in Teilzeit (35 Stunden/ Woche) \*\*mit der Bereitschaft zur Qualifikation zum Praxisanleiter.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung, Dokumentation und Mitwirkung bei der Planung der Pflege nach SGB V und SGB XI
  • Angehörigenberatung
  • Aktives Mitarbeiten beim Gestalten der Arbeitssituation im Wohnbereich

Was wir erwarten:                                                               

  • Berufsabschluss als Altenpfleger/-in/, Pflegefachfrau/-mann
  • Interesse am Einsatz als Praxisanleitung
  • Leidenschaft für die stationäre Langzeitpflege
  • Freundlichkeit und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit
