Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Kompetente Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Individuelle Steuerung des Pflegeprozesses unserer Bewohner/innen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Hausärzt/innen, Therapeut/innen und Angehörigen
  • Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation der entsprechenden Pflegemaßnahmen

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Anerkannte Ausbildung zur examinierten Pflegefachkraft, idealerweise mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst
  • Einsatzbereitschaft und Organisationstalent
  • Teamfähigkeit und Sozialkompetenz
