Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)

  • Standort: Karlsruhe
  • Anstellungsart(en): Vollzeit
  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • Durchführung der professionellen Pflege und Betreuung von Patienten nach aktuellen pflegewissenschaftlichen Standards
  • Erstellung und Umsetzung individueller Pflegepläne
  • Dokumentation der Pflegemaßnahmen gemäß den rechtlichen Vorgaben
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Therapeuten und Angehörigen
  • Unterstützung und Anleitung von Pflegehilfskräften und Auszubildenden
  • Mitwirkung bei Qualitätsmanagement und kontinuierlicher Prozessoptimierung
  • Dein Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (examinierte/r Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in, Altenpfleger/in oder generalistische Pflegeausbildung) mit staatlicher Anerkennung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Pflege (Krankenhaus, Altenheim, ambulante Pflege o. ä.) von Vorteil
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf Niveau B2 (obligatorisch), C1 von Vorteil – sichere Kommunikation mit Patienten, Angehörigen und im Team
  • Hohes Maß an Empathie, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
  • Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Engagement für eine patientenorientierte Pflege
