Das Seniorenhaus "Am Bächle" bietet Wohnen und Pflege für Senioren – individuell nach Bedarf. Hier kann man in Gemeinschaft wohnen, hat aber gleichzeitig privaten Raum für sich. Wer Hilfe im Alltag benötigt, für den gibt es einen Pflegedienst und eine Tagesbetreuung direkt im Haus.

Wir suchen zum sofortigen Einstieg eine Pflegefachfrau (m/w/d).

Gerne ab 15 Std./Woche (= das entspricht 40%) bis hin zu maximal 28,5 Std./Woche (= das entspricht 75%); in der Regel sind die Dienste von 06:30 Uhr bis 14:00 Uhr oder 13:30 Uhr bis 21:00 Uhr.

Arbeit in einem Team mit ambulanter Pflege und Tagespflege in einem Haus vereint, alles unter einem Dach. Die Dienstplanung ist flexibel möglich. Eine kleine Einrichtung und ein sehr guter Personalschlüssel, ermöglicht ausreichend Zeit für eine persönliche Zuwendung zum Bewohner. Weiterbildungen sind möglich und werden gefördert.

Voraussetzungen:

  • Pflegefachkraft mit dreijähriger Ausbildung
  • Empathie für Senioren und ihren Bedürfnissen
  • -Weiterbildungen erwünscht oder kann nach Absprache durch Betrieb gefördert werden.
