In den Seniorenheimen der Hansestadt Wismar ist zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt folgende Stelle unbefristet zu besetzen:

### Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)

Vergütung: 

  • Entgeltgruppe P7 (Vollzeit) - 3.677,12 € – 4.316,41 € (inkl. Pflegezulage und nicht-dynamischer Zulage)
  • zusätzlich profitieren Sie bei Schichtarbeit von einer monatlichen Schichtzulage in Höhe von 100,00 € - 250,00 €

Umfang : Voll- oder Teilzeit, 20 bis 39 Stunden pro Woche

Für alle drei Standorte : Lübsche Burg, Friedenshof und Wendorf

Weitere Benefits:

  • anteilige Jahressonderzahlung im November (13. Monatsgehalt)
  • Urlaub: 30 Tage/Jahr (+Schichturlaub)
  • Leistungsorientierte Bezahlung im Dezember

Ihr Profil:  

  • Mitarbeiter/-in (m/w/d) mit einer abgeschlossenen Ausbildung zum examinierten Altenpfleger/-in (m/w/d), Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/-in (m/w/d) oder Pflegefachfrau/-mann
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Kommunikations- und Empathievermögen

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • personenbezogene, bedürfnisorientierte Sicherstellung von Pflegemaßnahmen
  • Planung und Dokumentation von Pflegeprozessen
  • Ansprechpartner für Ärzte, Klienten und Angehörige
  • Ausführung ärztlicher Verordnungen
