Die Seniorenwohnheim Weststraße gemeinnützige GmbH betreibt in Lüdenscheid an zwei Standorten Altenpflegeeinrichtungen. Unser Angebot umfasst betreutes Wohnen, Ambulante Pflege, Teilstationäre Pflege und Stationäre Pflege. Unser Ziel ist es, pflegebedürftige Menschen durch die Begleitung und Unterstützung unseres Ambulanten Dienstes und/ oder der Tagespflege ihr Zuhause zu erhalten oder alternativ in unserem Betreuten Wohnen oder in unseren Stationären Wohnbereichen ein neues Zuhause zu schaffen.

Zur Unterstützung unserer Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d) – Altenpfleger/innen (m/w/d) oder Pflegefachleute (m/w/d) für den Bereich der stationären Pflege auf unseren Wohnbereichen.

Es handelt sich um Teilzeit- oder Vollzeitstellen mit einem Beschäftigungsumfang von durchschnittlich 19,5 bis 29 Std. oder 39 Std. je Woche mit wahlweise Einsatz in der 5- oder 6-Tage Woche.

Wir wünschen uns:

o Ausbildung zum Pflegefachmann /-frau (m/w/d), Altenpfleger (m/w/d) oder Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
o Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit zum selbständigen Arbeiten
o Flexibilität
o Organisationsfähigkeit und vorausschauendes Denken
