  • Sie haben die Bereitschaft zur prozessorientierten Pflege und Betreuung
  • Sie besitzen Einfühlungsvermögen für die uns anvertrauten Menschen
  • Sie überzeugen durch Ihre fachlichen und sozialen Kompetenzen
  • Sie sind tolerant und weltoffen im Umgang mit unseren Bewohnern und Kollegen
  • Sie können eigenständig und verantwortungsvoll arbeiten
