Wir suchen für unsere liebevoll geführte Pflegeeinrichtung eine engagierte Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) in Teilzeit für das Stellen von Medikamenten (3x wöchentlich) und Wochenenddienst. Hier erwartet Sie ein krisenfester Job inmitten herzlicher Kollegen und liebenswerter Bewohner.

  • Ihre Aufgabenbereiche u. a.:
  • ✓ 3x wöchentlich fachgerechtes Stellen der Medikamente für unsere Bewohner
  • ✓ Unterstützung unseres Teams an jedem 2. Wochenende in der Pflege
  • ✓ Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • ✓ Anlegen und Führen der Pflegedokumentation
  • ✓ Mitarbeit bei der ärztlichen Diagnostik und Therapie
  • ✓ Wundversorgung
  • ✓ Kontaktpflege mit Angehörigen und Dienstleistern
  • ✓ Teilnahme an internen und externen Fortbildungen
  • Was Sie mitbringen
  • ✓ Ein staatlich anerkannter Berufsabschluss als Pflegefachfrau oder Pflegefachmann oder als Alten- oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in oder MTAs
