In der Zentralen Notaufnahme und Aufnahmestation unseres Krankenhauses werden jährlich über 20.000 Patienten aller Fachrichtungen behandelt. Dafür stehen in diesem Bereich für die Versorgung unserer Patienten mehrere Behandlungsplätze, Aufnahmebetten sowie ein interdisziplinär nutzbarer Schockraum zur Verfügung.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/-in, Pflegefachmann/-frau oder Notfallsanitäter/-in
  • Berufserfahrung in der Notfallmedizin
  • Weiterbildung zur Notfallpflege wünschenswert
  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Fort- und Weiterbildung
  • Patientenorientiertes, empathisches Arbeiten
  • Identifikation mit vinzentinischen Werten und die Bereitschaft zur Umsetzung unseres Leitbildes

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Ersteinschätzung der Dringlichkeit einer Behandlung (Triagierung)
  • Erstversorgung und Stabilisierung der eintreffenden Patienten und Durchführung von Notfallmaßnahmen, weiterführende Betreuung und Vitalüberwachung der Patienten
  • Initiale interdisziplinäre Schockraumversorgung
  • Einhalten von pflegerischen Strukturen des Notfallmanagements
  • Belegungsmanagement und Funktionsabteilungen
  • Tätigkeit im 3-Schicht System
  • Medizinische Aufgaben/Diagnostik (z. B. EKG, Blutentnahme etc.)
  • Verabreichung von Medikamenten nach ärztlicher Anordnung
  • Transport zur Diagnostik (CT, Röntgen, DSA) bei instabilen Notfälle
  • Kompetenter Ansprechpartner für Patienten, Angehörige und andere Berufsgruppen
  • Grund-und Behandlungspflege
