Was wir erwarten / Aufgaben:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Altenpfleger / Gesundheits- & Krankenpfleger / Gesundheits- & Kinderkrankenpfleger / Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
  • Ein hohes Maß an Einfühlungsvermögen, fachlicher und sozialer Kompetenz
  • Übernahme aller grund- und behandlungspflegerischen Tätigkeiten
  • Verantwortlich für den gesamten Pflegeprozess im Rahmen des Strukturmodells
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Loyalität sowie Einsatz- und Lernbereitschaft
  • Organisiertes, kunden- und lösungsorientiertes Handeln
  • EDV-Kenntnisse wünschenswert (EDV-gestützte Dokumentation)
  • Begleitung von Arztvisiten und deren Ausarbeitung
  • Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung im Rahmen von Schichtleitungsdiensten
