Wir suchen in Berlin-Hohenschönhausen genau Dich als

Pflegefachkraft (m|w|d)

unbefristet in Teil- oder Vollzeit.

Erhebung und Feststellung des individuellen Pflegebedarfs
Organisation, Gestaltung und Steuerung des Pflegeprozesses
Analyse, Evaluation, Sicherung und Entwicklung der Qualität der Pflege
Durchführung der Behandlungspflege
Durchführung der Grundpflege primär bei hohem Risiko laut Expertenstandards und in instabilen Pflegesituationen
Deine Bewohner pflegst Du mit Herz und Verstand, denn Pflege ist für Dich nicht nur ein Beruf, sondern Deine Berufung

Ausbildung zum Pflegefachmann/Pflegefachfrau, Altenpfleger, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, Kinderkrankenpfleger oder Krankenschwester
Teamfähigkeit, Organisationstalent und Einfühlungsvermögen
Idealerweise Erfahrungen in der Versorgung von Menschen mit Demenz
