Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählen:

  • individuelle Betreuung und Pflege unserer Bewohner*innen
  • Empathische Beratung und Anleitung unserer Bewohner*innen
  • engmaschige kundenorientierte Kommunikation mit Angehörigen, Ärzten und weiteren Kooperationspartnern
  • Begleitung unserer Auszubildenden
  • Durchführung der EDV gestützten Pflegedokumentation nach SIS
  • Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit im multiprofessionellen Team
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an internen Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen
