Die Wichernstift Altenhilfe gGmbH ist eine selbständige Einrichtung am unmittelbaren Stadtrand von Delmenhorst, auf dem Gebiet der Gemeinde Ganderkesee, eingebettet in ein großes parkähnliches Gelände. Aktuell bietet die Einrichtung 86 Bewohnern und ihren Angehörigen ein beschütztes Lebensumfeld. Unser Angebot umfasst vollstationäre Pflege und Kurzzeitpflege, sowie spezielle Betreuungsformen für Menschen mit Demenz.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:

Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)

in Vollzeit
