Im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen

Pflegefachkraft m/w/d

Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege der Bewohner.
  • Planung, Dokumentation und Evaluation des individuellen Pflegeprozesses.
  • Verabreichung von Medikamenten sowie Durchführung ärztlich verordneter Maßnahmen.
  • Beobachtung des Gesundheitszustands der Bewohner und Einleitung geeigneter pflegerischer Maßnahmen.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Therapeuten, Angehörigen und dem Pflegeteam zur Sicherstellung einer hochwertigen Pflege.

Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann oder eine anerkannte gleichwertige Ausbildung, z. B. Altenpfleger/in oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in .
  • Verantwortungsbewusste, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
  • Einfühlungsvermögen sowie Freude am Umgang mit älteren Menschen.
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und hohe soziale Kompetenz.
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtdienst.
