  • Wir suchen für unseren Kunden in Bremen eine Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Einhaltung der ärztlichen Anweisungen
  • Fachgerechte Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Medikamentengabe, Wundversorgung, Blutzuckermessung und vieles mehr
  • Dokumentation
  • Sie schaffen eine herzliche und kollegiale Arbeitsatmosphäre

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in, Krankenschwester/-Pfleger, Altenpfleger/in. Pflegefachmann, Pflegefachfrau
  • Deutschkenntnisse mindestens B2
  • Empathisch und mit viel Liebe und Leidenschaft gegenüber den Patienten
  • Kommunikation ist ihre Stärke
  • Teamarbeit ist für Sie Alltag
  • Flexibilität
  • Sie sind Verantwortungsbewusst
