### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung der außerklinischen Intensivpflege nach individuellen Bedürfnissen
  • Grund- und Behandlungspflege von tracheotomierten und/oder beatmeten PatientInnen
  • Überwachung von Beatmungs- und Vitalparametern
  • Krankenbeobachtung & Notfallmanagement
  • Unterstützung der PatientInnen im Alltag
  • Wertschätzende Kommunikation mit PatientInnen, Angehörigen & KollegInnen

### Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene dreijährige Pflegeausbildung, z. B. als:
  • Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d)
  • Pflegefachmann / Pflegefachfrau (m/w/d)
  • Altenpfleger (m/w/d)
  • Krankenpfleger (m/w/d)
  • Krankenschwester (m/w/d)
  • Empathie, Verantwortungsbewusstsein & Zuverlässigkeit
  • Freude an selbstständigem Arbeiten im Team
  • Erfahrung in der Intensivpflege ist wünschenswert, aber nicht erforderlich
  • → Der Basiskurs außerklinische Beatmung kann bei uns jederzeit absolviert werden
