Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) als Dauernachtwache für unseren Fachbereich Demenz in Harztor OT Ilfeld. Die Stelle ist in Voll- oder Teilzeit zu vergeben.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung der vorbehaltenen Tätigkeiten
  • Analyse, Evaluation und Sicherung der Pflegequalität
  • Beratung von Bewohnern, Angehörigen und Betreuern
  • Durchführung von Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Sachgemäßes Ausführen ärztlicher Verordnungen
  • Erstellung einer individuellen Pflegedokumentation für den Nachtbereich
  • Kontaktpflege der Bewohner

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum staatlich anerkannten Altenpfleger (m/w/d), Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d), Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) bzw. Pflegefachmann (m/w/d) oder Pflegefachfrau (m/w/d), zur Krankenschwester (m/w/d) oder einer ähnlichen Qualifikation
  • Gute bis sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Schrift und Sprache
  • Bereitschaft im Fachbereich Demenz zu arbeiten
  • Sicheres Auftreten und sprachliche Gewandtheit
  • Ausgeglichenheit und Geduld
  • Initiative und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Fähigkeit und Interesse nachgeordneten Pflegekräften, Praktikanten und Schülern fachpraktisches Wissen zu vermitteln
