  • Herzlich willkommen in der Dialyseabteilung unseres Hauses. In dieser Schnittstelle der medizinischen Versorgung betreuen Sie Patienten mit unterschiedlichsten Nierenerkrankungen – vom chronischen Verlauf bis hin zu akuten Behandlungen. Sie arbeiten in einem interdisziplinären Team und unterstützen routinemäßig Behandlungsprozesse, überwachen Parameter, sichern Hygiene und Sicherheit und tragen so wesentlich zur Lebensqualität der Patienten bei.
  • #Katheter desinfizieren, KAST-Kontrolle, entblocken und blocken#
  • #Spülung Katheter, Probenabnahme bei Patienten mit PD-Zugang#
  • #Vorbereitung, Mithilfe und Durchführung dialysespezifischer Maßnahmen#
  • #Kontrolle der Vitalparameter vor, während der Dialyse#
  • #Durchführung der venösen oder gemischt-venösen Blutentnahme zur Bestimmung BGA#
  • #Anschlüsse und Abschlüsse mit Nachversorgung der Patienten an die Dialysegeräte#
  • #Pflegeplanung, Pflegedokumentation#
