Für unser Team Volkmarsen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Mitarbeitende Person in Teilzeit (20–30 Std./Woche).

Ihre Kompetenzen:

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft oder Gesundheits- und KrankenpflegerIn und ggf. Berufserfahrung
  • Sie sind teamfähig und kreativ
  • Sie können gut mit pflegebedürftigen Menschen umgehen
  • Sie arbeiten fachlich und strukturiert
  • Sie sind empathisch und qualitätsbewusst

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sicherstellung der bestmöglichen pflegerischen Versorgung
  • fachkundige Durchführung ärztlicher Verordnungen
  • Dokumentation der durchgeführten Pflegemaßnahmen
  • Beratung und Anleitung von Pflegebedürftigen und Pflegenden
  • Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung der Diakoniestation
