Das erwartet Sie

  • Sie leisten eine fachliche Grund- und Behandlungspflege sowie eine aktivierende Pflege.
  • Sie beurteilen die körperliche und physische Verfassung der Patientinnen und Patienten und behandeln sie fachgerecht.
  • Sie betreuen und versorgen Patientinnen und Patienten in der Kurzzeitpflege/ambulanten Pflege.
  • Sie mobilisieren die Patientinnen und Patienten.
  • Sie helfen bei der alltäglichen Lebensführung und Haushaltsführung.
  • Sie unterstützen die Aufrechterhaltung sozialer Kontakte und begleiten bei Arztbesuchen.
  • Sie versorgen Menschen nach SGB V und XI und kümmern sich um Neuaufnahmen.
  • Sie erstellen und überarbeiten die Pflegeplanungen.
  • Sie führen Beratungsgespräche nach §37.3 SGB XI.
  • Sie erstellen die Dokumentation nach dem Strukturmodell, einschließlich der Leistungserfassung.

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur examinierten Pflegefachkraft.
  • Sie bringen hohes Engagement, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit mit.
  • Sie überzeugen durch Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und selbstständiges Arbeiten.
  • Sie sind sehr sozialkompetent und zuverlässig.
