Willkommen bei Pflegedienst Alpha!

  • Wir vom Pflegedienst Alpha sind ein Alten- und Krankenpflegedienst mit Sitz in Hildesheim.
  • Unser Kundenstamm erstreckt sich auf das gesamte Hildesheimer Gebiet sowie auf Teile des Umlandes.
  • Zu unserem Betreuungsspektrum zählen alle Pflege- und Betreuungsleistungen nach dem SGB V, XI und XII.
  • In unserem Streben nach “exelence”, also nach bestmöglicher Arbeit für unsere Kunden und Kundinnen, führen wir regelmäßig Leitungs- und Gruppengespräche und einmal wöchentlich gibt es eine Teamsitzung für die Pflege- und Hauswirtschaftskräfte.
  • Zusätzlich sind alle MitarbeiterInnen telefonisch vernetzt. Regelmäßige interne und externe Fortbildungen halten uns auf neusten pflegewissenschaftlichen Stand und ein stetiger Arbeitsprozess im Qualitätsmanagement sichert ein einheitliches klientenorientiertes Pflegen und ein geplantes, zielgerichtetes Handeln.
  • Unsere Klienten werden in festgelegten Touren gepflegt. Jede Tour wird von einem festen Mitarbeiterstamm gefahren und ggf. einer Springerkraft, sodass unsere Klienten eine vertrauensvolle Versorgung in Kontinuität bekommen.

Zur dauerhaften Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt noch eine examinierte Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d).

  • Möglich ist eine Vollzeit- oder Teilzeitbeschäftigung. Es wird in Früh- und Spätdiensten gearbeitet.
  • Vorausgesetzt wird eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem der genannten Berufe.
  • Ein Führerschein ist zwingend erforderlich, Dienstfahrzeug wird zur Verfügung gestellt.
