Aufgabenbereich:

  • Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege bei unseren Patienten zu Hause
  • Fachgerechte Dokumentation der Pflegeleistungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Angehörigen und dem Pflegeteam
  • Beobachtung des Gesundheitszustandes der Patienten und Weitergabe wichtiger Informationen
  • Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen Pflege

Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft, Altenpfleger/in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Zuverlässigkeit

  • Führerschein Klasse B
