### Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d)

in Teilzeit mit 20 bis 30 Wochenstunden

  • Ihr Aufgaben:
  • eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Pflege nach dem aktuellen Stand wissenschaftlicher und pflegerischer Erkenntnisse
  • Durchführung EDV-gestützter Dokumentation und Pflegeplanung
  • Pflegeberatung gemäß § 37.3 SGB XI
