Unser ambulanter Pflegedienst steht für eine individuelle, wertschätzende und professionelle Versorgung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten in ihrem häuslichen Umfeld. Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine examinierte Pflegefachkraft auf Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Die Bezahnung ist übertariflich. Weihnachtsgeld und Erholungspauschale 2 x jährlich.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung der Grund -und Behandlungspflege nach ärztlicher Verordnung
  • Dokumentation der Pflegemaßnahmen und Pflegeplanung
  • Beratung der Angehörigen und Bezugspersonen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Therapeuten und weiteren Kooperationspartnern
  • Tablettenorganisation.
