  • Kontakt zu Angehörigen und Ärzten
  • Dokumentation der Beobachtungen, Durchführungen und Beurteilungen der pflegerischen Tätigkeiten
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft
  • selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • persönliches Engagement und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • soziale, persönliche und kommunikative Kompetenzen
  • Kooperations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft, die Ziele des Caritasverbandes mit zu tragen
