  • Mit Engagement unterstützen wird unsere Klienten mit einer individuelle Betreuung im Alltag.

### Für unseren ambulanten Pflegedienst suchen wir ab sofort eine motivierte   eine Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d).

*Ihre Aufgaben *

  • Betreuung und Unterstützung hilfsbedürftiger älterer Menschen
  • Beratung und Motivierung hinsichtlich der Alltagsbewältigung
  • Absprachen mit Ärzten und Angehörigen
  • Durchführung medizinischer Leistungen
  • Führung der Pflegedokumentation
  • Mitwirkung bei QM Maßnahmen
  • Mitwirkung beim Klientenmanagement
  • Bearbeitung statistischer Anfragen

*Ihr Profil *

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Pflegefachmann/-frau (m/w/d); examinierte/r Altenpfleger/in (m/w/d), Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in (m/w/d) oder ähnliches
  • PKW-Führerschein
  • Respekt- und würdevoller Umgang mit älteren und pflegebedürftigen Menschen
  • Flexibilität, Kreativität, Initiative und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Teamfähigkeit

  • Geregelte Arbeitszeiten sowie Mitsprache bei der Dienstplangestaltung
  • Unbefristete Anstellung, unterschiedliche Arbeitszeitmodelle möglich
  • 5-Tage-Woche,
  • jedes 2. Wochenende frei, für Sonn- und Feiertage gibt es Zuschläge und Ausgleichsfrei
  • 29 Tage Urlaub für Ihre Erholung
  • Ein sehr gutes Arbeitsklima in einem motivierten Team
  • Vergütung nach Regelungen des AVR
