Ihre Aufgaben:

Ganzheitliche Pflege und Betreuung unserer Bewohner im Tagdienst

Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege sowie Medikamentenvergabe

Dokumentation der Pflegemaßnahmen und enger Austausch im Team und mit Angehörigen

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Altenpfleger/in oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in

Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
