Bei uns arbeitest du im ambulanten Dienst und in unseren Fliedner WGs in Dortmund Innenstadt West genau so, wie Pflege gedacht ist: individuell, alltagsnah und mit Haltung.

  • Pflege im eigenen Zuhause und in der Gemeinschaft gestalten : Du bist sowohl in unseren Wohngemeinschaften als auch im fahrenden Dienst bei Klient\*innen zu Hause im Einsatz
  • Alltag mit Struktur und Nähe füllen : In den Wohngemeinschaften schaffst du durch Bezugspflege und kleine Impulse eine Atmosphäre, die Orientierung, Sicherheit und Zugehörigkeit vermittelt
  • Pflegequalität sichtbar machen : Du planst und dokumentierst Pflegeprozesse fachlich fundiert und nachvollziehbar und nutzt dabei unser Qualitätsmanagement so, dass gute Pflege nicht nur auf dem Papier steht, sondern im Alltag spürbar wird
  • Wissen teilen und Perspektiven eröffnen : Wenn du Freude daran hast, andere zu begleiten, kannst du dich bei uns auch in der Anleitung von Auszubildenden einbringen und so Entwicklung aktiv mitgestalten

## Wann du zu uns passt:

  • Du bist examinierte Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) : Altenpfleger\*in\*, *Pflegefachfrau oder Pflegefachmann oder* \*Gesundheits und Krankenpfleger\*in und hast idealerweise eine Weiterbildung zur Praxisanleiter\*in
  • Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und im Team : mit Empathie, Verlässlichkeit und einem sicheren fachlichen Blick
