Für unseren neu gegründeten ambulanten Pflegedienst in Osterode am Harz und Umgebung suchen wir ab sofort engagierte und herzliche Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d) in Teilzeit.

IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Durchführung der Grundpflege und Behandlungspflege bei unseren Klientinnen und Klienten
  • Individuelle Betreuung und Unterstützung im Alltag
  • Pflegedokumentation und Qualitätssicherung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Ärzten und Therapeuten

IHR PROFIL

  • eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (z. B. Altenpfleger/in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in)
  • Freundliches Auftreten und Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Führerschein Klasse B
