  • examinierte Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d) in Teil- oder Vollzeit für den ambulanten Bereich.
  • Früh- und Spätdienste im Rahmen der ambulanten Tourenpflege.
  • Arbeitszeiten nach individueller Absprache.
  • Vollzeit oder Teilzeit ab 20 h/Woche möglich.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Eigenständige Tourenplanung und Dokumentation
  • Ansprechpartner:in für Patient:innen und Angehörige
  • Unterstützung bei der Alltagsbewältigung

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als: Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann (generalistische Ausbildung),
  • oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in,
  • oder Altenpfleger:in
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamgeist
  • Führerschein Klasse B (zwingend erforderlich)
