Die Intensivpflege GmbH ist Spezialist für die Versorgung von Kinder und Erwachsener Patienten in der ambulanten Intensiv- und Beatmungspflege sowie der allgemeinen ambulanten Pflege. In Mannheim schaffen wir für unsere Klienten ein Zuhause mit Sicherheit, Geborgenheit und Lebensqualität. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir engagierte Persönlichkeiten jeden Alters, die Pflege mit Herz und fachlicher Expertise verbinden.

Dein Profil:

  • Du bist examinierte Pflegefachkraft (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, Altenpfleger oder Pflegefachmann/-frau).
  • Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung in der Intensivpflege oder eine entsprechende Fachweiterbildung mit (kein Muss – wir arbeiten dich intensiv ein!).
  • Du hast Freude an der 1:1-Versorgung und schätzt die Zeit, die du hier für deine Patienten hast.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Fachgerechte Grund- und Behandlungspflege sowie die Überwachung der Beatmungsparameter.
  • Sicherstellung der psychosozialen Betreuung unserer Klienten.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen.
