### Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) für die Caritas Sozialstation in Voll- oder Teilzeit

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung von aktivierender Grundpflege
  • Durchführung von speziellen bzw. behandlungspflegerischen Maßnahmen, die ärztlich verordnet wurden
  • Erstellung einer Pflegeplanung mittels SIS
  • Kontakt zu Ärzten
  • Dokumentation der Beobachtungen, Durchführungen und Beurteilungen der pflegerischen Tätigkeiten

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenen Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft
  • selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • persönliches Engagement und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Kooperations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Soziale, persönliche und kommunikative Kompetenzen
  • Führerschein Klasse B
