Ihr zukünftiger Arbeitsplatz:

Unsere ambulante Diakonie-Sozialstation in Neumarkt liegt zentral am Schlossweiher und ist in die Pflegeeinrichtung „Martin-Schalling-Haus“, Seelstraße 15, integriert.

Wir betreuen ca. 80 Patientinnen und Patienten in der ambulanten Versorgung in und um Neumarkt. Wir pflegen eine wertschätzende und herzliche Arbeitsatmosphäre und legen Wert auf ein angenehmes Arbeitsklima.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Zur Verstärkung unserer Teams in der ambulanten Pflege suchen wir ab sofort Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d). Es handelt sich um eine unbefristete Anstellung mit einem Stundenumfang von ca. 20 - 30 Stunden (auch mehr möglich). Als Pflegefachkraft übernehmen Sie eigenverantwortlich die Versorgung für unsere Patientinnen und Patienten im häuslichen Bereich.

Wir arbeiten in einem Zweischichtsystem. Ihre Arbeitszeit umfasst die Abdeckung der Früh- und Spätdienste von Montag bis Sonntag.

Wir erwarten Loyalität gegenüber der Evangelischen Kirche und ihrer Diakonie.

Wir bieten Ihnen:

· Tarifliche Vergütung nach AVR Bayern Diakonie zuzüglich Pflegezulage ( 60,00 € ) sowie Zeitzuschläge und Schichtzulage .

· Attraktive Einspringprämien werden on top vergütet (bis zu 60,00 € bei kurzfristiger einmaliger Dienstübernahme)

· Jahressonderzahlung (Weihnachtsgeld)

· 30 Tage Urlaub (bei 5 Tage Woche) und zusätzliche 3 freie Tage (Buß- und Bettag, 24.12. und 31.12.)

· Regelmäßig steigendes Gehalt durch das Tarifsystem – ohne dass Sie aktiv werden müssen. Bereits nach einem Jahr in Stufe 1 steigen Sie automatisch in die nächste Stufe auf.

· Zusätzliche betriebliche Altersversorgung für die Zeit nach dem Beruf (zu 100% vom Arbeitgeber finanziert)

· Einarbeitung und Anleitung durch erfahrene Kolleg\*innen
