Für unseren Ambulanten Pflegedienst in Bad Neustadt und Umgebung und im Umkreis von Bischofsheim suchen wir Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d). Es ist eine Anstellung in Voll- oder Teilzeit mit einer wöchentlichen Arbeitszeit von 15 - 39 Stunden möglich, gerne auch eine Anstellung auf geringfügiger Basis. Die Arbeit erfolgt nach Absprache und Dienstplan.

Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung einer individuellen und aktivierenden Pflege unserer Kunden
  • Umsetzung der Pflegedokumentation und -planung
  • Verantwortung der Medikamentenausgabe
  • Enger Kontakt zu Kunden, Angehörigen und Ärzten

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Alten- bzw. Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren und pflegebedürftigen Menschen
  • Führerschein der Klasse B, Dienstwagen wird gestellt
