  • ✓ Selbstständige Durchführung der psychiatrischen Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege
  • ✓ Mitarbeit in einem multiprofessionellen Team
  • ✓ Umsetzung aktueller pflegerischer Konzepte
  • ✓ Mitwirkung an pflegetherapeutischen Einzel- und Gruppenangeboten
  • ✓ Dokumentation des Pflegeprozesses in der elektronischen Patientenakte
  • Dein Profil
  • ✓ Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in oder Altenpfleger (m/w/d)
  • ✓ Erfahrung in der Psychiatrie ist wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
