Für unseren ambulanten Pflegedienst in Frankenberg stellen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt auf geringfügiger Basis ein:

Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) für die Rufbereitschaft (Nacht)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie leisten den bezahlten Nachtbereitschaftsdienst von 20:00 bis 06:00 von Zuhause aus und werden nur bei tatsächlichem Bedarf aktiv
  • Selbständiges, zuverlässiges Durchführen der Rufbereitschaftseinsätze
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kontaktpersonen, Rettungsdienst, Ärzten, Angehörigen usw.
  • Erstellen der Einsatzdokumentation

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft oder Gesundheits- und KrankenpflegerIn und ggf. Berufserfahrung
  • Sie können gut mit pflegebedürftigen Menschen umgehen
  • Sie arbeiten fachlich und strukturiert
  • Sie sind empathisch und qualitätsbewusst
  • Sie haben einen Führerschein der Klasse B
