## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Ganzheitliche Pflege und Betreuung der Patienten (m/w/d)
  • Durchführung von medizinischen und pflegerischen Maßnahmen
  • Dokumentation und Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Ärzten und Therapeuten
  • Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Pflegeprozessen
  • Förderung der Lebensqualität und individuellen Bedürfnisse der Bewohner

## Unsere Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen
  • Teamgeist und eine verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Motivation, sich aktiv in eine neue Einrichtung einzubringen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Empathie, Zuverlässigkeit und Engagement
