## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Qualifizierung von Pflegeschüler\*innen und Vorbereitung auf die praktischen Prüfungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Schaffung von geeigneten Rahmenbedingungen für eine moderne Ausbildung
  • Gliederung der praktischen Ausbildung und Erteilen von Praxisaufgaben
  • Überwachung von Auszubildenden im Pflegebereich bei selbständigen Pflegetätigkeiten
  • Teilnahme an Treffen mit der Pflegeschule und externen Einsatzstellen zum Austausch über den Ausbildungsstand und Neuerungen in der Pflege
  • Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter\*innen
  • Anteilsmäßige aktive Mitarbeit in der Pflege

## Ihr Profil:

  • Qualifikation als Pflegefachmann/Pflegefachfrau, Altenpfleger (m/w/d) oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d)
  • Arbeitgeberfinanzierte Weiterbildung zum/zur Praxisanleiter\*in gemäß § 4 PflAPrV
  • Erfüllung der verpflichtenden berufspädagogischen Fortbildung im Umfang von 24 Stunden gemäß § 4 PflAPrV
  • Fundierte pflegerische Kenntnisse, vorzugsweise aus dem ambulanten Bereich
  • Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst

3.856 € - 4.411 € monatlich bei Vollzeit
