Der Arbeitgeber Tätige Gemeinschaft e.V. in Bad Liebenwerda sucht zur Teamverstärkung in der Pflegeeinrichtung "Wolfgang Liebe Haus" zwei Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d).

Der Einsatz erfolgt in der stationären Pflege.

Folgende Aufgaben erwarten Sie:

  • Übernahme allgemeiner Pflegemaßnahmen
  • Dokumentation und Anwendung von pflegerischen Maßnahmen
  • Beobachtung, Betreuung und Beratung von Patienten
  • Einleitung von Erstmaßnahmen im Notfall und ggf. Anforderung von ärztlicher Unterstützung
  • Zusammenstellung und Verabreichung von Medikamenten nach ärztlicher Anweisung bzw. Verordnung

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als examinierte/r Altenpfleger/in, Gesundheits-und Krankenpfleger/in, Pflegefachkraft
  • freundliches und kompetentes Auftreten
  • Bereitschaft zum Schicht- und Wochenenddienst
  • Teamgeist, Empathie und Freude am Umgang mit älteren Menschen
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Engagement
  • idealerweise Grundkenntnisse in der Sterbebegleitung und der Validation (Altenpflege)
