Für unsere Tagespflegen in Bad Oeynhausen und Vlotho suchen wir DICH als Pflegefachkraft in Teilzeit mit bis zu 30 Wochenstunden . Wenn du Lust hast auf eine besondere Art der Tätigkeit, dann bist du bei uns genau richtig.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung der Senior\*innen und Hilfestellung bei alltäglichen Handlungen (Behandlungspflege, Pflege)
  • Organisation, Koordination und Mitarbeit bei allen anfallenden Aufgaben in der Tagespflege
  • Steuerung des Pflegeprozesses, qualifiziertes Führen der Pflegedokumentation, inkl. SIS und Maßnahmenplanung
  • Kommunikation mit Angehörigen und weiteren an der Pflege beteiligten Personen

Das erwarten wir:

  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit und motiviertes Arbeiten
  • Freude und Fachlichkeit im Umgang mit pflegebedürftigen Seniorinnen und Senioren
  • Abgeschlossenen Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft
