Wir suchen für unser Pflegewohnheim ab sofort eine Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Altenpfleger/in (m/w/d) oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar wird erwartet. Eine bereits absolvierte Weiterbildung zur Gerontofachkraft (m/w/d) und/oder Praxisanleitung wäre wünschenswert. Eine spätere Weiterbildung zur Gerontofachkraft bzw. Praxisanleitung kann bei entsprechender Eignung auch unterstützt werden.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Ausführung festgelegter Pflegeaufgaben unter Berücksichtigung spezieller Bedürfnisse der Bewohner
  • Durchführung der Grundpflege
  • Betten und Lagern der Bewohner
  • Mithilfe bzw. ggf. selbständiges Ausführen von prophylaktischen Maßnahmen gemäß der Pflegeplanung

Informationen zur Arbeitszeit:

  • 19,5 bis 39 Std./Woche sind möglich
  • Schichtzeitrahmen i.d.R. von 06.30 - 13.45 Uhr u. von 13.15 - 20.35 Uhr u. von 20.10 bis 06.45 Uhr
  • Wenn Sie dies wünschen wäre auch Beschäftigung in der Dauernachtwache möglich
  • Nach individueller Absprache wären auch "Mutti-/Elterndienste" mit bestimmten Arbeitszeiten z.B. ab 08.00 Uhr realisierbar
