Für unsere Beatmung- & Intensivpflege WG und zur Versorgung unserer 24 h intensivpflichtigen Klient\*innen suchen wir dich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Teil-/ Vollzeit als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d).

DEINE AUFGABEN

Umfassende Grund- und Behandlungspflege in der Pflege
Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation der Pflegemaßnahmen
Kooperation mit Therapeuten, Kollegen und Angehörigen
Unterstützung der Patienten bei den täglichen Aufgaben
sicherstellen und Überwachung der Vitalfunktionen
Bedienung medizinischer Apparate
Verabreichung von Medikamenten
Wundversorgung
Körperpflege und Lagerung des Patienten
Kleine invasive Eingriffe

DEIN PROFIL

Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als exam. Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger\*in oder Altenpfleger\*in oder Pflegefachmann/-frau (m/w/d)
Empathie, Geduld und Hilfsbereitschaft
