Seit 1990 umsorgen wir die Schwerinerinnen und Schweriner mit unserem ambulanten Pflegedienst. Bei uns ist es ein bisschen wie in einer Familie. Wir geben aufeinander Acht, tauschen uns aus, sind ehrlich zueinander und wenn es mal kracht, finden wir auch wieder zusammen. Denn als starkes Team sind wir für unsere Patienten die besten Lebensbegleiter.
